Someone had to do it sooner or later: a 20-year-old female calls out to Justin Bieber as the baby daddy of her child.

Bieber's party has vowed vigorous legal action against the woman who claims to be the mother of the pop star's child, saying that the allegations are malicious and demonstrably false, as reported by 7 News.

Star Magazine first showed a picture of Mariah Yeater, the baby mama on their cover who is also filing a paternal lawsuit against Bieber. Yeater have mentioned that the 30-second tryst was done in a backstage bathroom during a Bieber concert.

"Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone. I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time.

"We went inside [the bathroom] and immediately his personality changed drastically. He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to f**k the s**t out of me. At the time I asked him to put a condom for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to. In his own words, he said that because it was his first time he wanted to feel everything." stated Yeater regarding the tryst, as reported by BuzzFeed.

Bieber have personally reacted in the claim, stating that ignoring the rumors is his best bet on winning this scandal.

"so Im going to ignore the rumors...and focus on what is real. an opportunity to help by doing what i love. Judge me on the music! Love yall!" tweeted the Canadian star.

Justin Bieber is a Canadian pop and R&B singer, first discovered on Youtube and was arranged to meet with Usher, allowing him to sign with Island Records. Since then Bieber has become an international super star, releasing hit single after hit single, including "One Time," "Baby," and "Never Say Never," which created a spinoff movie of the same name directed by Jon Chu, director of "Step Up 3D." Bieber is currently in a relationship with Selena Gomez of "Wizards of Waverly Place" fame.

Gomez has not commented on the issue.
