Bieber, 19, and Moore, 20, were seen on a lunch date at Beverly Hills on August 13 . Since then, the rumor mill went abuzz that Bieber has decided to move on from Selena Gomez with Ashley Moore.

The whispers were that they came into each other's contact through a common friend Lil Twist. For his lunch date, Biebs came in a spanking new Ferrari. He wore a blue Tee and paired it with really low waist jeans giving a peek of his bums to his new cherry picked girl.

While Moore, showed off her sexy figure and toned body in a fitted leather trousers and tank top. She coupled her look with black sunglasses. We just hope that she felt comfortable in those trousers (after all who can forgot "Friend's" Ross Geller Leather Pant stunt).

The reason for Justin Bieber going on a date with Ashley Moore has been stated by a source to Hollywoodlife.com. The source said that it was more of a business meeting than anything else. There was no touching or kissing whatsoever. Rather Bieiber just showed her some videos and chatted with her casually.

We have also heard that, in actuality, Ashely is dating Bieber's controversial friend Lil Twist and Twist has just introduced Ashley to Biebs for work purposes. Really? It was just a business date or Bieber has something else going on his mind?

The source has even stated to Hollywoodlife.com that Bieber is planning to take Ashely in his new music video and he is not the one who would hit on a friend's girlfriend.
