The Justin-Bieber-fathering-a-child issue is far from over as the baby mama requests for another paternity test.

After the representative and Justin Bieber himself confirmed that the pop singer took DNA test last Friday, Mariah Yeater and her attorneys are requesting for another DNA test to be administered to Bieber with both parties present.

Yeater's lawyer Jeffrey Leving said that Yeater has the right to meet the singer and be present when DNA procedures are being done to the singer.

"I want a new DNA test with both sides together at a lab in California as soon as possible. Soon as I tell her to do it, she'll do it. We need proper protocol and a chain of custody," the lawyer said.

Yeater's lawyer was reported to be speaking with Justin's lawyers. However, representatives of the pop superstar refused to comment.

In an interview with David Letterman, Bieber said that he is saddened by how people can make false accusations.

Despite facing one of the biggest challenges in his career and personal relationship with gal pal Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber continued with his duties as a singer and performer. Despite the big controversy, Bieber still attends to his professional commitments.

Yeater already dropped the lawsuit against Bieber and said that they are willing to resolve things privately. However, the young pop icon said that he will not give any form of settlement to Yeater and said that he is willing to take the test to end the issue.
