Justin Bieber busted his ear drum while cliff jumping and might need a surgery soon to save his hearing skills. The news was revealed by the "Baby" singer himself on his Twitter account on Thursday. #FeelBetterJustin has been trending on Twitter since Thursday and millions of his fans are already praying for his good health.

"Busted my ear drum cliff diving. Doc says might need surgery now. Sucks," wrote Justin Bieber on Twitter adding that the injury will not hamper the release of his new music in any ways. Check out the Tweets below.
