Justin Bieber is growing up and it is pretty evident from his new music video "All That Matters."

The 19-year-old pop star released a 16-second clip of the song and the contents of this steamy music video are making the girls jealous. "All That Matters" is the sexiest ever you could have seen from the teen heart throb where he cosies up with a blonde bombshell.

The two seem to be making out in dark, with Bieber sharing a passionate kiss with Cailin Russo. Yes, that is the name of the 19-year-old featured model as she looks superhot and vulnerable in a pair of sexiest shorts in the music video. The chemistry between the two is pretty evident with all the love-making scenes and is also the highlight of the video. You can see the girl's picture here as Justin posted her picture in his Instagram account. Russo can be seen kissing Bieber on the cheek.

As the video starts, the duo is seen locking lips in a blue-tinted room with Bieber's hand on Russo's face. We see the girl's sexy back towards the camera as she dons skimpy leather shorts. "What's a king bed without a queen, there ain't no 'I' in team" the Canadian singer croons as the two are seen pressed against a wall in one scene and behind the curtains in another.

If the teaser is so passionate, Bieber's fans are eagerly waiting to see how the final product will look like. The singer took to Twitter to post the video by asking his fans, "You like?"

Beliebers, a term used for Justin's fans, are liking the new grown up Bieber and his chemistry with Russo. But there are certain female fans that are jealous of the blonde beauty Russo as she gets to kiss their favourite singer.

"My hearts broken," wrote Natasha Naidu, a Beliber on YouTube as she can't visualize Justin Beiber kissing a girl.

"Wishing that was me," wrote another fan, Jessica Pope, on YouTube.

The jealously among the girls is pretty evident as it is the first time that Bieber has released a music video, which is that steamy and sexy. The singer also took to Twitter earlier to explain the meaning behind "All That Matters," song.

"The lyrics of this song are pretty self-explanatory. When you fall in love with someone, that someone can make you feel whole," Bieber wrote.

"I feel like anyone who has been in love knows what I mean. The song conveys that being in love is one of the greatest feelings on earth. Love is all that matters. But the void you feel when that love goes away is gut-wrenching," the crooner added.
