Justin Bieber could be involved in a case of infidelity with his current beau. If the rumours are true, Justin is playing around with a married woman. Jordan Ozuna's mother-in-law claims that the woman Bieber is flirting with is still legally married.

Jordan Ozuna, 22-years of age, caught the attention of the world when she stepped out with Justin Bieber in Las Vegas. The Hooters waitress was caught in heavy PDA with Justin Bieber at the Las Vegas Skydiving Facility.

"In the waiting room area, she was sitting on his lap and they were kissing. Little pecks and kisses," a source said of the alleged new couple's affectionate display. "Right before the flight, in a second waiting room area, he laid down on her left side, and he had his head between her legs and had his cap half-covering his face. She was caressing him on the head and shoulders," states a source to E! Online.

While this could pass off easily as flirting that might not be the case given Jordan is still married. Jordan Ozuna is still legally married and is obviously cheating on Justin Bieber. The models' mother-in-law, Kim Ozuna stated that Jordan is still married to her son, Daniel Ozuna.

"She's still married," Kim said and added, "that she and her son married "right out of high school."

Before "Beliebers" wage war against Jordan Ozuna, Jordan isn't exactly in a happy marriage and is actually planning on a divorce as stated by the mother-in-law.

"They've been separated a good year. They were very young when they got married ... They'll figure it out on their own," stated Kim Ozuna, adding, "They're probably in the process of getting divorced."

Hopefully, things go smoothly between Jordan and Daniel Ozuna. As for Justin Bieber, "Beliebers" should only hope that Jordan is a phase for now. Given Bieber's penchant for older women and flirting around, Ozuna could most likely be the flavour of the month. To date, Bieber has been spotted with quite a few women most of which he had dumped right after a week or two. So to speak, Jordan Ozuna might want to rethink that divorce with Daniel Ozuna.
