One week following his 'Heartbreaker' hit, Justin Bieber debuts 'All That Matters,' a slow burning R&B tune that was well-received by Beliebers who are impressed with the 'Beauty and Beat' singer's sexiness, mature and passionate voice on the new track.

Bieber's new music seems somewhat confessional as he reveals about love and heartbreak, to which all fingers point to Selena Gomez as his inspiration. Check out the full 'All That Matters' lyrics here:

If 'Heartbreaker' is all about losing Selena, 'All That Matters' seems like Justin's best effort to rekindle the romance with Selena. The lines "You're the only girl I see" and "What's a bed without a queen" may mean that he still hasn't given up on their relationship. He sings, "For a long, long time," which can only apply to Selena, his true love.

Justin gives intimate and in-depth anecdotes in Music Mondays, opening up his life to fans like never before. Will outright adoration and profession of love work this time?

"The lyrics of this song are pretty self explanatory - when you fall in love with someone, that someone can make you feel whole. I feel like anyone who has been in love knows what I mean, "Justin tweeted. "The song conveys that being in love is one of the greatest feelings on earth. Love is all that matters. But the void you feel when that love goes away is gut-wrenching. I worked so hard on this song in the studio - trying to put that feeling into music was extremely important to me.
