Rumour has it that Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are going through marriage troubles lately but the couple silenced it when they celebrated her birthday in Miami. The couple, who was married in Italy in October 2012, dined in a secluded wine cellar at her favourite restaurant The Forge. They celebrated with Justin's parents on Monday for Jessica's 32nd birthday. The 33-year-old singer serenaded her with his own rendition of Happy Birthday, according to People.

"The group entered the restaurant at 9:00 PM through the front door and walked directly to the wine cellar," said an onlooker. "It is one of the prettiest places to have a party you can imagine." Justin reportedly surprised Jessica with an Italian wedding cake custom made for her by the chef. The source also said they looked happy and comfortable while they dined.

Jessica seems to feel a little trepidation over her age. "Thanks for the birthday love! You guys know how to make a girl feel good. Or woman, I guess. Or close to middle aged woman? Ah, forget it," she tweeted on Tuesday.

Now, Biel is rumoured to be pregnant after the couple skipped some red carpet appearances. Pregnancy Web site Mama Glow guru Latham Thomas tweeted on Thursday, "Highlight of my night - speaking about natural birth, home birth, and doulas with Justin Timberlake @jtimberlake and @jessicabiel." However, she was quick to deny rumours. When she was asked what her tweet meant, Latham replied: "We know she is not pregnant! She is a supporter of natural birth, doulas and midwives. We talked about it for hours." Latham's Mama Glow Web site offers advice and tips for mothers-to-be throughout their pregnancy. Many question what they were talking about if Jessica were not really pregnant.

The rumours were shot down when Jessica turned up at the Oscars in a firmly fitted dress that did not show any baby bump. However, fans suggest that if she were only one or two months pregnant, she probably would not be showing yet. She could have worn Spanx as well. It could also explain why she has not signed on to any acting projects and made many public appearances lately as well.
