Kanye West leaked SNL audio: West has his ego hurt, abuses Taylor Swift in epic rant
Kanye West’s tantrum-infested audio at "Saturday Night Live" (SNL) has leaked and once again. He has showered expletives at Taylor Swift. This comes right after West was publicly criticised for his explicit and derogatory Taylor Swift lyrics from his new album “T.O.L.P,” where he raps saying, “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex/ Why? I made that b---- famous.”
In the SNL audio clip, obtained by New York Post’s Page Six, West blasted Swift for apparently being a “fake a--” and even called NBC staffers “white motherf------.” He yelled at the SNL production staff saying, “Don’t f--- with me.”
Apparently, West got furious when he found out that the producers had dismantled part of his set to half his staging 30 minutes prior to showtime. He was scheduled to perform on Saturday’s episode of the NBC variety show.
However, a source supported West saying he was not yelling at the SNL staff.
“This audio was secretly recorded while he was venting his frustration in a private moment with his team. He found out his stage design was changed and taken apart under the direction of the show's lighting director without anyone's approval,” the source said.
He added that West had put a lot of hard work into the performance and had spent an entire day rehearsing. As set changes were carried out 30 minutes before going live and without West’s permission, he lost his cool after being totally blindsided.
The controversial, hot-headed rapper went on with his rant, saying that he was 50 percent more influential than legends such as Pablo Picasso, filmmaker Stanley Kubrick and even Paul the Apostle, who was chosen by Christ himself. He also compared himself to the notorious drug lord Pablo Escobar.
“Look at that s--- they took my f------ stage off’a SNL without asking me. I am bummed … If I am going to do this we are breaking the motherf------ Internet,” West is heard shouting in the audio clip.
