Kardashian Jenner clan flocks to hospital for Lamar Odom's birthday party

Former NBA player Lamar Odom may be confined in a hospital but that’s not going to stop his wife, Khloe Kardashian, from throwing a party on his 36th birthday. On Friday, Khloe and the rest of her family gathered together at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles along with an exclusive group of friends and family, to help celebrate with Lamar.

TMZ shared photos of Khloe’s mom, Kris Jenner, and her sister, Kim Kardashian, as they made their way to the hospital on Friday. Khloe’s youngest sister Kylie Jenner, was dropped off by her boyfriend Tyga, as she found her way down to the hospital as well.

Khloe’s other sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner, reportedly also showed up to the small party organised by Khloe. According to People, the little birthday party was set-up in a private part of the hospital and not in Lamar’s room. After all, it could get crowded with nearly the entire Kardashian-Jenner clan in attendance, as well as Lamar’s friends and family.

Some of his former teammates reportedly dropped by along with his former trainor. “It's just a very small group of people because Lamar cannot handle too much stimulus, but the doctors are allowing a small group for a short time on his birthday," said a source. Some of his basketball friends, including Kobe Bryant, were all in touch with him on the phone.

It is unclear if Lamar’s father, Joe Odom, was at the party. Last week, he was spotted outside the hospital looking irate and upset. He said that he was turned away by hospital staff because he was not included in Lamar’s visitors list.

Also on Friday, following Lamar’s party, the Kardashian-Jenner clan went all-out for Kris Jenner as she also celebrated her birthday. Her kids arranged a “Gatsby Era” themed birthday party in West Hollywood.
