Claiming to be online stores to make their high fashion wardrobe accessible to their fans and the rest of the public, Radar Online claims that the Kardashian sisters', the Jenner sisters' and Kris Jenner's Ebay store operations are bordering on scam. Fans who took the time and money to buy the used and new items of the Kardashians issued complaints and negative feedbacks for getting defective merchandise or not getting anything at all! A previous report by the same site also claimed that even though the stores promised to give their percentage sales to the different charities they support, the Kardashians actually kept 90% of the profits to themselves.

Fans find it amazing that they can get hold of the Kardashians' items through EBay. However, what was supposed to be a happy shopping experience turned out to be frustrating for many. According to Radar Online, many fans are now complaining now that they are receiving items they would have never bought if they presented accurately. Some buyers paid hefty prices to get defective, dirty, and stained items. Some buyers even did not receive the items they already paid for. There are also some buyers who claimed that they paid unreasonable amount of shipping fees.

According to Radar Online, the stores "have all been blasted with negative eBay feedback from buyers accusing them of shipping defective and stained merchandise, gouging buyers on shipping costs, and even failing to mail purchased items! One buyer even calls the stores a scam."

Previously, Radar also revealed that that even though they claimed that their stores were set up for charity, only 10% of the sales actually go to the charitable causes that the Kardashians and Jenners support. The percentage is only specified in the fine print, where most buyers cannot really notice. According to the Web site, 10% seems too small and makes it apparent that it is the sisters and their mom that are profiting from these EBay stores.

According to the site, the Kardashians have been very vocal with thier charity works on their show, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." Yet, Radar Online reported that "Kardashian's contributions pale in comparison to those received by other celebrities' charities."
