Kardashians worry excessive stress is taking toll on Kanye West’s mental health
Is Kanye West, known for his resting bitch face, going the way of Lamar Odom? The Kardashians are worried over the recent public meltdown of the husband of Kim over Twitter and other issues he has been involved with.
The family of reality stars believe West’s unusual behaviour is the result of excessive stress that could affect his mental health, says Confidenti@l. The Web site says the family finds West “acting totally crazy” and they do not know what is happening with the rapper-cum-fashion designer.
But the family insider stresses the Kardashians do not think that West is going insane or into drugs. However, the TV family says it is not the same Kanye they know. The Kardashians thinks the stress comes from handling the Yeezy show, releasing his album and then the changes that followed.
West has been in the headlines the past few days for claiming he is in debt by $53 million (AUD$74.1 million) and is more influential by 50 percent than Stanley Kubrick, Pablo Picasso and Paul the Apostle which he said during a backstage meltdown on “Saturday Night Live.”
He also had a Twitter war with Taylor Swift, asked Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg for $1 billion (AUD$1.4 billion) loan to fund his startups and stated that Kylie Jenner, his sister-in-law, would 1,000 percent turn down an endorsement deal with Puma. West also called on white publications not to write about black music.
The source adds that Kim is just putting on a brave front and appears to support him, but had privately complained to her family about her partner’s odd behaviour. The New York Daily News reports that West’s compulsive tweeting irritates Kim, and it is a cause of friction in their marriage. This, coming from a woman who is thumbs up to self-promotion but not to Twitter drama which even led to Amber Rose, West’s ex-girlfriend, sharing with the public his alleged fondness for anal stimulation by a woman.
Meanwhile, although Zuckerberg has not officially responded to West’s request for a loan. People reports that he liked a post on Facebook shared on Monday that West made the mistake of asking a loan by posting it on Twitter rather than Facebook.
The best answer to questions over West’s mental health comes from Rhymefest, his collaborator, who says the rapper “needs spiritual and mental help.” Rhymefest adds that he has stopped working with West whom he believes should stay away from the public in the meantime.
Could what is happening to West be payback time for the Kardashians who love to keep their private lives public for the sake of popularity?
