The Duchess of Cambridge, Catherine Elizabeth Middleton is in the center of attention nowadays wherever she goes so it only makes sense that she would know how to keep herself safe from potential threats. Helping to keep the Royal beauty as safe as she can be, Kate Middleton has been reportedly taken to undergo SAS training in order to deal with any potential kidnappers.

In the Us Magazine report, Kate - who recently gained popularity especially after her marriage to Prince William, has learned how to react if attacked and also how to force a dialogue with a kidnapper during a hostage situation. "The Palace want to ensure Kate's new status does not make her vulnerable to attack," a source is quoted saying. "She has been well trained in what to do should the unthinkable happen," the insider told the British newspaper.

Prince William also went through the similar training at the age of 16. The training taught him how to cope both mentally and physically when faced in a life-threatening scenario.
