Kate Middleton To Give Birth To A 'Cheerful' Baby, Duchess Not Carrying Twins---Report
Kate Middleton has been out of the public eye since her second pregnancy was announced last September 8. Her last royal engagement was reportedly at the poppy installation at the London Tower last August 5. Since then the Duchess of Cambridge has been on "house arrest" due to her pregnancy sickness, diagnosed Hyperemesis Gravidarum. While she's out of public appearances, reports have been concocting theories that she is pregnant with twins and that she'll deliver in April. Apparently, the latter has recently been confirmed although she's supposedly not carrying twins.
A Kensington Palace spokesperson told US Weekly that the Duchess of Cambridge will give birth on April. In an official statement, the Palace announced "Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in April 2015."
However, there's still no definite date on when the second royal baby will be due. But the palace's announcement supposedly confirmed Kate Middleton is not pregnant with twins. Mirror UK claims the mention of "a baby" hints the Duchess and Prince William will only be welcoming one infant.
April is said to be a good month for the royal couple to have a new baby, according to Inquisitr. The chances that Kate Middleton will deliver on April 21 will reportedly create media frenzy. The date happens to be Queen Elizabeth's 89th birthday. Likewise, the second baby could be a wedding anniversary present if the Duchess of Cambridge delivers on April 29. Kate and Prince William will celebrate their four-year anniversary as a married couple on the said date.
It's interesting to note that while Kate Middleton's last public appearance last August 5 that the baby was supposedly also conceived on the same month. Mirror UK speculates the second pregnancy happened during the early days when the couple visited Belgium to commemorate WWI. Furthermore, Prince George is reportedly only 21 months older than the new infant, the same age gap between Kate and her younger sister Pippa.
While the gender of the baby is yet to be revealed, Kate Middleton and Prince William's second child will reportedly have a positive and upbeat character disposition. Citing a study conducted by Budapest scientists, Daily Mail claims those born in spring like David Beckham and Jamie Oliver all have a "cheerful persona."
Lead researcher Xenia Gonda told Telegraph U.K. that they use "biochemical studies" to determine that the "season in which you are born has an influence on certain monoamine neurotransmitters, such as dopamine and serotonin, which is detectable even in adult life." However, this study could still be open for re-evaluation since it will still be presented at the annual conference of the European College of Neuropsychopharmacology (ECNP) in Berlin on Sunday.
