Kate Middleton, Kelly Brook Have 'Most Perfect Breasts' While Kim Kardashian, Rihanna Have 'Least Desirable' Breasts, New Survey Finds [SEE PHOTOS]

Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge not only has great hair but also has the most perfect twin assets, a scientific observation by a renowned plastic surgeon has revealed. A recent study conducted by London-based plastic surgeon Patrick Mallucci found that Kate Middleton, Kelly Brook, Scarlett Johnasson, Megan Fox and Katy Perry have the "perfect" breasts, according to a newly devised formula.

The ideal-breasted women have a nipple placed in such a manner that 45 percent of her breasts is above them while 55 percent, Mallucci told The Sun newspaper in an exclusive interview. The Duchess of Cambridge, Scarlett Johansson and Kelly Brook are a few female celebs who fall into this category and the findings are also backed by a public poll.

The plastic surgeon also conducted a public poll on 1300 people to support his findings. Kelly Brook ended up with most votes as 87 per cent of respondents ranked her 45:55 ratio breasts as their favourite. Mallucci also broke the old myth that women with full breasts are the most desirable as he believes that heavy breasts does not necessarily mean attractive.

"In the past, most women have walked into a clinic thinking they're going to get a couple of round footballs because fullness is a desired look in clothing and women tend to picture themselves dressed. 'But this doesn't equate to attractiveness in the naked breast. Most surgeons give women what they think they want," revealed Mallucci to The Sun newspaper adding that plastic surgeons have got a bad name for giving women "fake breasts."

The doctor revealed that women themselves demand for large breasts when they come for surgery but the new findings will change the way the women look at the shape of breasts.

"I'm not saying women must conform to this 'ideal' that works both clothed and naked, it merely gives surgeons around the world a technical and aesthetic roadmap for any women choosing to have breast enhancement to get the best results," added Mallucci.

The survey also found out that reality television star Kim Kardashian is one celebrity who had the "least desirable" breasts, according to the scientific formula. Kim's ample breasts measured to the ratio of 55:45, exact opposite of Kelly Brook's perfect 45:55. Other female celebs with not so popular breasts according to Mallucci's scientific formula are Lindsay Lohan (55:45) and Rihanna (35:65).
