Kate Middleton News: Pregnant Duchess 'Looked Insanely Fierce' As She Stepped Out Wearing A Hoodie For Beaver Scout Meeting--Report
Kate Middleton recently sported a black hoodie for a public event. The Duchess of Cambridge is known for her impeccable formal dressing style and her casual look did raise a few eyebrows. Middleton paired her hoodie with black jeans and matching pair of boots as she made her way to a Beaver Scout meeting in London on Tuesday, Dec 16.
According to Life & Style magazine, Middleton "looked insanely fierce" dressed in a sweatshirt. She helped the young children in various activities and in the return she awarded them with disability awareness badges. Middleton has worked as a volunteer for the Scout Association, when she lived with Prince William in North Wales. She also helped the children of 5 to 8 years understand what living with disability takes. The children were blind folded as Middleton assisted them in decorating cake. She also helped them in cutting chocolate bars as they tried performing the act while wearing boxing gloves. The scouts were also taught the Scout Promise in a sign language.
Clarence House posted a video of Middleton on Instagram as she helped the Scouts. It was captioned as "The Duchess of Cambridge helps Fynley Gooch aged six a member of the 23rd Poplar Beaver Scouts Colony in London to ice a cake wearing a blindfold tonearm his disability awareness badge. The visit is in support of The Scout Association #Betterprepared campaign to extend the reach of Scouting and recruit more adult volunteers."
US Weekly said in its report that the scouts were seemingly excited to meet Middleton. But there was a little boy who had no idea who Middleton was. He reportedly enquired about her name to which Prince George's mother replied, "Catherine."
Middleton is currently five months pregnant. She will be giving birth to second royal baby next year in March. Meanwhile, she recently went on a three-day tour to New York with Prince William. During her tour she visited Northside Center for Child Development in Harlem, attended a NBA game, attended an anti-corruption conference at the World Bank and went to While House to met President Obama, among other engagements.
