With four more months to go before welcoming their second child, Prince William and Kate Middleton landed in New York City to promote their various charities. Creating a lot of buzz in the Big Apple, fans of the royal couple are still waiting for the Cambridges to announce their child's gender with so many speculations that Kate is pregnant with baby girl.

After having Prince George for more than a year now, many people are predicting that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are having a daughter. Based on the latest reports, Pippa Middleton reportedly threw a pink-themed party for her sister before she crossed the pond for a three-day visit in New York.

"With just four months to go until she's due to deliver her second royal baby, a report is claiming that Britain's Duchess of Cambridge was recently thrown a pink-themed party," according to IBTimes. "While the Clarence House has yet to confirm the gender of Middleton and Prince William's baby, insiders tell Star magazine the couple is expecting a "healthy" baby girl."

With so many speculation of the royal baby's gender, the couple chose to have their child's gender private as Kate recovers from her acute morning sickness. Now pregnant than ever, sources close to the 32-year-old brunette revealed that she is "starting to feel really pregnant."

Surrounded by friends and family, Prince George's mom is starting to enjoy her pregnancy as she prepares her first born for having a little sister or brother. Now focusing of keeping herself healthy, Kate is not taking things for granted after battling a serious case of hyperemesis gravidarum.

Meanwhile, Kate dazzled the screaming crowd in NYC on Sunday, Dec. 7, when she arrived with Prince William at the swanky Carlyle Hotel in Manhattan. The luxury suite will be the couple's base until the end of their tour, which will be on Tuesday night, Dec. 9.

Wearing an elegant purple coat, the Duchess of Cambridge looking stunning as she bundled up for the winter weather. All smiles to meet the crowd and photographers, Prince William was photographed wearing a suit with a blue tie for their NYC trip.
