Kate Middleton Pregnancy Updates: Duchess' Tricks For Baby No. 2
For someone who has been in two pregnancies in two years, Kate Middleton is dealing with her second pregnancy like a champ. The Duchess has shown so much energy when it comes to juggling her time between her family and her royal duties.
Knowing she suffers a lot from morning sickness, the Duchess of Cambridge bounced back immediately after months of staying away from the public due to her second pregnancy. Fertility expert Zita West revealed in her recent interview that mothers who are in their second pregnancy are more prepared as it is "easier from a mental point of view."
Based in Hello Magazine's recent news, Kate Middleton has mastered the art of clever planning. During her visit to the Big Apple with Prince William, one reporter estimated he had seen the pregnant Kate shake hands with 60 people in 30 minutes.
Back in London from her U.S. tour, she had three engagements in one day but the trick is she scheduled all her public meetings in one location. The publication believes she got the trick from Sophie, the Countess of Wessex, who is known to group her engagements close together to give her more time with her children.
She also takes a lot of breaks in between her royal commitments and finds time to bond with Prince George and her family. The 33-year-old royal recently spent two weeks in Mustique with her parents and siblings. After a day of getting back to London, she is up and about for another public engagement in Bethlem and Maudsley Hospital School in Beckenham.
"She's pretty chic for six months pregnant," according to flamboyant artist Grayson Perry during his interview with Hello as they feature the Duchess' pregnancy style. "Wherever she goes, the laser beam of media attention will follow and that's great. That's her power and she wields that power gracefully."
One last trick for Kate Middleton's second pregnancy is having her own team to help her get through it. Team Kate consists of housekeeper Antonella Fresolone, George's nanny Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo and her private secretary Rebecca Deacon.
