Kate Middleton has severed ties with her wedding hair dresser. According to reports the duchess of Cambridge is no longer on good terms with the hairdresser who gave her the most popular hairstyle.

The Huffingtonpost has reported, "James Pryce, who used to be responsible for the 31-year-old's iconic wavy curls, is no longer working for Princess Catherine, ever since he left the Richard Ward Salon where he made his name."

James posted Kate's different hairstyle photos on his Facebook page. This apparently created a rift between the hairdresser and the royal family.

A source told The Telegraph, "Richard Ward still cuts Kate's hair and she has her color done at the salon. Plus, she has her stylist, Amanda Cook Tucker, who blow dries her hair for events, but James has really been pushed out."

When he went solo and tried to tour around the U.S.A. - he launched a Facebook page and Twitter account which featured hundreds of pictures of Kate and her various hairstyles to promote his business - obviously, that did not go down too well with the Palace at all," the source told The Telegraph.

Kate Middleton is extremely particular about her personal life and being a royal she would not want to become a face of brand without her permission.

James was also responsible for creating the iconic demi-chignon for Kate. But now it seems that Kate Middleton has moved on from her favorite hairtstylist.

Kate's hairstyle was recently criticized and she was also spotted showing her grey hair. Reportedly, Kate is not dying her hair these days.

We wonder what lies in the future of Kate's hair. Will she be able to create the same rage with her hair which she created during her wedding and engagement?
