The wife of the Duke of Cambridge finally said she plans to get pregnant after talking to the father of a little girl who greeted her with a bouquet. The Duchess exclaimed to David Cheater, a British ex-pat "what a beautiful daughter you have" upon seeing Rafaela, the cute toddler. When Mr. Cheater extended his "well wishes" to the Duchess' plans to start a family, Kate replied "Yes, I hope to".
