Kate Middleton has reasons to feel a little stressed these days. While people would normally not expect the royals to don a bad hair, no one is surprised to see the Duchess of Cambridge looking a little less composed in one day.

In this photo by Tom Sykes, Middleton is seen cheerfully waving a hand in a friendly and charming gesture. Sykes cited the humidity, as well as "everything else that's going on," as possible reason for Kate's frizzy hair.

Meanwhile, the British royal family has launched a legal battle over Middleton's topless photos published by Closer, a French magazine. Another European magazine, Italy-based Chi, published a 26-page spread of paparazzi shots, also of Middleton. The photographer has yet to be identified, but it is understood he made a lot of money out of his unflattering snaps.

The Duchess of Cambridge was sunbathing topless in a private estate in France when the photos were taken with telephoto lenses. Kate was vacationing with her husband Prince William at the time.
