Kate Middleton Under 'Too Much Pressure' from Royal Tasks [PHOTOS]

With the royal tutorials she's going through, the social errands she has to attend, and the pressure of producing an heir, how is Kate Middleton holding up?

In a report by Celebs Gather, the Duchess of Cambridge has been tagged as a "Princess Under Pressure" because of the emotional stress she is apparently going through upon joining the royal family. The 29-year-old Kate is now in training to be queen one day.

According to a report, Middleton's ongoing tutorials include a "tough" kidnap-prevention course, regular meetings with charity officials so she can decide which ones to support, government studies, and courses to polish her arts and media knowledge. Middleton is also said to have daily social encounters with the wives of Prince William's Royal Air Force pals.

Aside from the arduous trainings and tutorials, the princess has to accept and deal with the pressure of producing a royal heir. A royal aide claims Middleton is even having scheduled meetings with the queen to discuss the matter, but it seems pregnancy is not an immediate issue as Prince William is set to be stationed on the Falkland Islands for most of the next year.

"Kate's chief function as William's wife is to produce an heir and a couple of spares. I hate to be frank, but that is just how it is," said a "family friend" to Us Weekly. A source even said to the National Enquirer that Middleton is "too pressured" that her parents asked the royal family to "back off" on pregnancy talk.

"When Kate and William visited her parents' home recently, Carole and Michael took William aside and told him to tell his family to lay off her about getting pregnant. While they know that he is understanding, he needs to tell his father, Prince Charles, and his grandmother, the queen, to back off. Carole and Michael did not include Kate in their conversations with William, fearing it would cause her even more stress," a "source" told the magazine.
