Only the best for the future king of England! Expectations were great for the Royal Prince of Cambridge's big first appearance on Tuesday, July 23 -- and he did not disappoint.

Meeting the already-adoring public for the first time after 7 p.m. regional time, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's day-old son seemed comfortable and secure in a swaddle fit for a (future) king.

Of course, this wasn't just any swaddle -- this was an aden+anais 100 % pure cotton muslin swaddle with a printed bird style, selected from the organization's "Jungle Jam" four-pack. (Started in New York by an Australian lady, aden+anais is the swaddle the only option for many celebrity mothers, such as Hilary Duff, Jessica Alba, Beyonce, Kristen Bell, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, and Anna Paquin.)

Prince William and Kate, both 31, beamed as they presented their baby son to the thousands of well-wishers outside St. Mary's Medical Hospital.

William even said that his son got her looks from her mother which is fortunate. The royal baby prince was born on Monday, July 22, at 4:34 p.m.

After talking briefly with journalists, the royal couple returned to the Lindo Wing. After a few minutes, the baby was then safely secured into a BRITAX baby-safe infant carrier for his first car ride.

"BRITAX, as a British product and the innovator in infant travel protection, are pleased and honoured that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's baby is making his first trip in one of our baby providers," European managing director Ian Watson informed Us Weekly. "We send our warmest wishes of health and happiness to TRH The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge as they begin their exciting journey into parenthood."
