It looks like there is something big lined up in the career of Pippa Middleton, the little sister of Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton. It is being reported that NBC is offering Pippa her own correspondent gig on "Today."

Page Six is reporting that Pippa Middleton is set to become a correspondent on "Today," and has already undergone a test shoot for this purpose in Utah. Earlier, NBC has denied these rumours. However, Page Six has quoted anonymous sources. According to a source, NBC News has been pursuing the 31 year old after her interview with Matt Lauer last June, as the segment garnered high ratings.

According to Page Six, ""Today" has been doing a test piece with Pippa in Utah, and if it works out well -- and it looks like it will -- they will hire her as a correspondent." It is expected that Pippa would be covering subjects such as lifestyle and health. She is not going to cover the British Royal family, as some would have assumed.

Health and lifestyle are the subjects of Pippa's interest. She recently wrote her first "Mind and Body" column for the Waitrose magazine, as reported by Glamour Magazine. In the article, she shared her workout and diet secrets. The svelte younger sister of Kate shared that she works out a lot but not religiously, around 3 to 5 times a week. She does not follow a particular diet plan; instead, she believes in eating balanced diet and eating everything in moderation. She also quashed rumours that said that she is following Dukan or Atkin diet. In her column, she is going to talk about healthy recipes as well as workout routine. She already has shared that her favourite exercise moves are ladders, plie squats, wall pushes and the plank.

Earlier in June, Page Six reported that the high ratings of Matt Lauer's interview with Pippa convinced "Today" that it would be a good investment to offer Pippa a regular gig on the show. Back then, Page Six reported that "NBC, along with all the major networks, has been trying to sign Pippa for some time."
