Supermodels like Kate Upton, Gisele Bundchen, Cara Delevingne and more share pictures of them eating sky-rocketing and highly fattening foods on social media, but are they really eating those junk food or are they lying about what they eat? Often times, ordinary people, especially women, get envious how these supermodels manage to stay fit despite consuming and spoiling on unhealthy food, regardless if they do it once in a blue moon.

Life and Style posted a compilation of the pictures shared by some of the hottest supermodels of the current generation munching on pizza, hamburgers, and other high-calorie foods on social media. Kate Upton, Gisele Bundchen, Candice Swanepoel, Chrissy Teigen, Cara Delevingne, Behati Prinsloo, Heidi Klum, and Alesandra Ambrosio shared their pictures eating fast foods and giving in to their little guilty pleasures.

Upton's No Processed Foods Diet

There was one picture of Upton who was about to take a bite from a big hamburger. Recently, Upton revealed in a Vogue interview that she only eats "anything that flies or swims." According to Access Hollywood, Upton follows a specific workout routine and diet plan so she can maintain her hot bod. She reportedly follows a strict "low-carb, sugar-free diet." She eats salads and she isn't allowed to munch on processed foods. "She followed my ABC's: no alcohol, bread, or processed carbs, and also no sugar," said Upton's trainer David Kirsch, who prepared her for her bikini scene in the romantic-comedy flick "The Other Woman." Kirsch said that Upton only consumed lean protein in addition to salads and vegetables and stayed away from processed foods.

Bundchen Diet Secrets

Bundchen already has two kids with National Football League (NFL) quarterback Tom Brady, but many still wonders who she managed to stay sexy and slim following the birth of their children. Like other supermodels, Bundchen keeps her figure by following a diet program and doing exercises. She does yoga for her workout. When it comes to her diet, she follows a healthy and balanced diet.

Ambrosio's Technique to Stay Slim

Like Bundchen, Ambrosio has two children. She underwent a rigorous diet routine so she could get back to her pre-pregnancy weight. Her diet involves eating fresh green juices, kale salads, and fish. Furthermore, part of Ambrosio's workout routine include yoga and pilates sessions, spinning workouts, swimming, running, and even playing volleyball when they were out on the beach.

Supermodels, even though they look almost near perfect human beings, are normal people. Even nutrition experts allow people who are on a diet to have at least one cheat day to eat everything they like or crave for, and so can these supermodels, right?
