A fan of the Sports Illustrated cover model Kate Upton garnered fame after she posed a photo imitating famous cover of the said magazine.

22-year-old Russian woman named Ania Korkh is now an internet sensation. The New York Mag reported on March 5 that she took a photo of herself imitating Kate Upton's iconic Sports Illustrated cover. After Upton retweeted the photo, it went viral overnight.

The photo has a caption of "mail order bride in training" sparking claims that she is indeed a mail order bride. Ania tweeted a statement negating the claims. She also said that she has been getting a lot of marriage proposals on Twitter, which is why she had to set her profile to private.

The Russian student was scared off by the sudden attention. She thought that no one outside of her group of friends would see it. The young woman gained a ton of followers on the social networking website.

On the other hand, sexy actress and supermodel Kate Upton is definitely the "It Girl" of modelling industry at the moment.

The 20-year-old blonde bombshell, whose racy Antarctic photo shoot landed her the much-coveted cover of SI's swimsuit issue for the second year in a row, is said to be hated by her fellow Sports Illustrated models.

Kate Upton was recently named as the cover model of Sports Illustrated. She appeared in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue first in 2011, when she was named Rookie of the Year. She posed as the cover model last year.

She braved the extremely cold weather and posed at the Antarctic with only a pair of bikini on. There were reports that the photoshoot for the cover endangered Kate Upton's health.
