Kate Upton nude photo leak was a subject of major controversy. However, the model stayed mum throughout the scandal. Much recently, Guess model Charlotte McKinney, who is considered the next Kate Upton, broke her silence on the scandal and said that the whole privacy breach was heart breaking.

"My heart went out to her," Charlotte told Fox News. "It's happened to so many girls. In high school it was always around. I mean your phone is your privacy, you don't really think the world's going to see this."

She further said that we are in modelling profession and we need to meet people and going out in public after such a scandal is tough. She also said that such things want you to go back to your phone and delete all the private things.

Kate Upton was one of the celebs who became a victim of nude photo hack. Other celebs whose alleged nude photos went online include Jennifer Lawrrence, Kaly Cuoco, Ariana Grande and others.

"This is obviously an outrageous violation of our client Kate Upton's privacy. We intend to pursue anyone disseminating or duplicating these illegally obtained images to the fullest extent possible," said Upton's lawyer after the violation according to reports by Fashion&Style.

Meanwhile, Upton who seem to have moved past the scandal was recently seen doing a steamy ad campaign for Sam Edelman's foot wear. For the shoot she is seen wrapped up in a bed sheet with shoes still on. She also rocked a black fishnet top, a sexy black mini dress and a furry black coat to heat up the shoot.

Upton was quite happy with her shoot and also tweeted about it. She wrote that she is in love with the campaign.

The behind the scenes video of the shoot has also been revealed and Kate is seen admiring the exquisite design of the shoes in the video.
