Lingerie model and actress Kate Upton is known for her vivacious curves and gigantic breasts and her personal trainer finally revealed how she had done it.

Kate Upton is always on the headline whenever she is seen exposing her jugs and her voluptuous body. Many girls die with envy because of Kate's bod.

Recently, Kate heated up Twitter by posting a picture of herself showing off her boobs.

It may be hardwork, but Kate Upton's body is definitely achievable, revealed the actress' personal trainer Justin Gelband.

"Since the first day I met her, she wanted to come in and change the industry by saying curves is sexy. She's such a great role model for all the young girls out there," Gelband told Shape magazine.

Kate follows Gelband's own workout routine known as ModelFIT programme. This workout moves from Pilates, martial arts, dance, and strength training in a circuit that change each time.

Gelband explained that his workouts include 4-5 bootcamp style sets of exercises, with each set containing 8-10 moves, with a 30 second rest in between each one. Each set targets a different area of the body.

Gelband is a renowned trainer and worked with other uber sexy models such as Miranda Kerr, Irina Shayk, Candice Swanpoel, Erin Heatherton and Behati Prinsloo.

The famous model workout trainer stressed that diet is number one. He told his clients, "The one thing I really want you to concentrate on now is limiting the amount of things you are putting into your body that you do not need. No sugar (except for berries), no salt, no alcohol, limit your carbs."
