The Jackson family matriarch appears to be back at home in Los Angeles and is reunited with the three children of the late Michael Jackson even though a judge temporarily took her guardianship over the kids away due to her long absence.

Last Wednesday, a judge removed Katherine Jackson as the guardian of the three kids temporarily and made TJ Jackson the current caretaker of the minor children in the middle of a bitter family argument over the late legend's million-dollar estate.

The Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff issued the guardianship to TJ Jackson which gives him now the power in controlling the home where the three kids are living. He must take on the responsibilities of raising the children under his supervision.

Meanwhile, Katherine Jackson feels that this court ruling given was just based on lies.

"I am devastated that while I've been away, that my children, my grandchildren, have been taken away from me, and I'm coming home to see about that, also," the matriarch said reading from a prepared statement.

"I am here today to let everybody know that I am fine and I am here with my children, and my children would never do a thing to me like that, holding me against my will. It's very stupid for people to think that," she said while her children Randy, Janet and Rebbie were seated next to her.

Judge Beckloff stated that even though there was no concrete evidence showing Katherine Jackson did anything wrong, it appeared that she was actually being prohibited from fulfilling her duty as the guardian of the young children through intentional acts that involves third parties.
