Katy Party seems out in Australia to gate crash parties. After inviting herself in to a teen prom at Melbourne's Grand Hyatt hotel, the pop star gatecrashed a girl-only Grouse party, and danced with 400 lesbians.

A party-goer observed that 'Katy didn't mind being recognised. She was so sweet. Girls were pretty much lining up to meet or kiss her.' The party's organiser Lia Tilson told The Sun that 'Katy proved herself to be very down to earth and gay-friendly.'

Officially, the 25-year-old singer in Australia to promote her new album Teenage Dream. She seems to be making most of her remaining days as a single before her marriage to comedian Russell Brand.

The 'I Kissed a Girl' singer is ranked the 97th Artist of the 2000-10 decade by Billboard. She is known for wearing unconventional style of dress, often combining colors and vintage fashion.
