Katy Perry keeps fanning the flames this week by being a consistent topic in the entertainment headlines. Just right after getting trouble with Muslims after burning "Allah's" name in her recent "Dark Horse" music video, the controversial singer is reported to be tying the knot in June. This time, with her 18-month beau, John Mayer.

Engagement rumours sparked when Perry was spotted with Mayer on Valentine's Day wearing a sparkler in her engagement finger.

"They'd love a June wedding. They want to get married at the San Ysidro Ranch in Katy's home town of Santa Barbara." A source told Grazia Magazine in a TVNZ report. According to insiders, the couple have chosen the ranch as their perfect wedding venue, and the couple reportedly asked Perry's pastor father to officiate their nuptials.

The venue is quite popular to have romantic history. It was where John F. Kennedy and his wife spent their honeymoon, and was a witness to Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin's wedding in 2003.

The odds may be in Katy's favour. She caught a wedding bouquet during Grammy's mass wedding party in January. Traditionally, the lady to catch the bouquet will be the next to marry. In a Vogue article, Katy confessed that she is madly in love with John Mayer.

"We have music as an understanding and love between each other and we connect." The songstress quoted in Daily Mail UK. Sources have also said that Mayer referred to Perry as his "wife" on a joint appearance on 'Good Morning America'.

Perry was previously married to comedian Russell Brand in an "exclusive" Indian ceremony. However, the marriage fell apart after 14 months. In an interview with Marie Claire, the "Roar" singer shared that the demise was caused by Brand jumping on the kid wagon pretty fast when she is not yet ready to have children.
