Katy Perry and John Mayer proved that rumors about their separation were false. The two were seen together at strip club in Las Vegas until 5 in the morning. After her disastrous marriage with Russell Brand, is she headed for another nightmare with John Mayer?

Although some friends have warned her about the singer, Katy Perry seems to not mind John Mayer's bad reputation on being a ladies man. Instead of turning away, it looks like the two are headed for more fun and trouble.

The pair who is rumored to be dating seems to have enjoyed some dirty dancing in Las Vegas over the weekend. The two visited the legendary Spearmint Rhino strip club together with some friends.

"They were together in a group," a source told People magazine. "As for whether they got dances, they were in a strip club ... you do the math."

The US magazine also adds that Perry and Mayer checked in to the Wynn Hotel after she flew to Nevada to be with him. Mayer was first to spend some time in Sin City after having been seen out with two friends at a steakhouse last Friday.

The pair was last seen partying together at the MTV Video Music Awards. Katy and John were photographed in the back seat of a car making no eye contact. It was quite obvious that there was some tension going on between the two.

According to some reports, the air between them grew throughout the evening leading to a fight. John was allegedly forced to take Katy outside in a private area

With problems arising even before confirmation of their relationship, some Katy Perry fans might agree that John is probably not the best option to date. Some even compares John to Katy's ex husband Russell Brand, minus the ridiculous "no shower" style.
