After their hot and steamy kiss on Miley's "Bangerz" Tour Concert, Katy Perry disses the former Disney star for going a full tongue action during the unplanned meeting of the tongues. Now on her Las Vegas tour, the twerking queen was allegedly using a teleprompter for her racy lyrics.

"God knows where that tongue has been," Perry joked during an interview on the Australian talk show Sunrise. "We don't know! That tongue is so infamous!"The "Dark Horse" singer appeared on Sunrise to promote her upcoming tour and gave the audience her side of story during the infamous smooch with Miley.

Meanwhile, the "Wrecking Ball" singer is apparently relying on a teleprompter to remember her raunchy lyrics during her gig in Las Vegas. The controversial star allegedly needs the teleprompter to help her with her own song lyrics and is sharing the stage with her along with her little twerking dancers.

"I was at Miley's Vegas concert and took these pictures because I couldn't believe she needed a teleprompter with lyrics to all of her songs throughout the entire concert," says an eyewitness in an interview posted on RadarOnline. "And it's not like they were just there for nothing - I caught her looking at them more than a few times!"

The overly sexed-up concert recently appalled many parents of Miley's young fans because of its raunchy antics and some even threatened the singer to stop her from corrupting the young minds. Now with her teleprompter use, many fans are wondering if she is losing her grip with her music because of too much cannabis.

For the past few months now, the singer publicly professed her love of marijuana and even smoked a joint while onstage during her concert. The 20-year-old singer might be inhaling too much of the drug that she needs the on-screen word device to help her remember.

"I'm really focused on people walking away and being as excited about me as a singer as what I did to shock people," says Cyrus about people who are dissing her "Bangerz" tour. "I want people to walk away saying, 'OK, she did some things that were crazy, but at the end of the day, it was really about her voice.'"
