Katy Perry may have divorced her ex-hubby Russell Brand who is a British comedian but she was ever willing to come back to the country for her 3D movie's UK premiere.

The 'Wide Awake' singer arrived wearing a theme of the nation's flag along with lashes in mixed white, red and blue. She even announced it over at Twitter with an attached picture of her lashes: "Even my lashes are excited! See you soon!"

The 27-year-old singer though hoped that she would not have an awkward encounter with Brand while she is around town. But could this bring old memories of their early years as a couple?

It can be recalled during the start of 2012 that Perry and her entire entourage were forced to get out of a nightclub after having learned that Brand was on his way to the same venue. Fortunately, Perry's visit this time will serve as a brief stop over all for the sake of promoting her biographical movie set in 3D format.

With the Katy Perry fans giving out their high praises for their idol, the 'Katy Perry: Part of Me 3D' has been getting mixed reviews from various movie critics.

Katy Perry has always been known for adoring anything British (and this could probably include her falling in love with Brand then). The two separated after staying married together for 14 months before they split.

Perry finally discussed the details of her divorce in the movie and how she truly felt about it. "I think if people walked out of the theater and that was completely avoided, they would be like, 'Well, there's an elephant in the room that's still there," Perry shared in her interview with Parade Magazine.
