Katy Perry's song "Teenage Dream" has just leaked on the Internet.

The single, which also happens to be the title of Perry's new album, has a fun beat, but is more subdued than the pop singer first described it.

The artwork for the album cover was released on Wednesday, featuring Perry lying on a puffball of clouds or something similar to a pink cotton candy.

The cover was created by New York-based artist Will Cotton, who was originally contaced by Perry to ask about purchasing one of his paintings but ended up doing her cover.

"The day I found Will Cotton, I knew I wanted to live in his cinematic cotton candy world. A fantastically art-directed music video and one piece of timeless album artwork later, I can proudly say I am more than a fan," Perry said.

"Will has been a sweetheart every step of the way and always open to collaborative ideas. I'm so happy to have discovered his candy-land, and so excited about our creative future together."
