It has been months since the airing of the special episodes of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians: About Bruce,” which focused on the Kardashian-Jenner family’s struggle with Bruce Jenner’s transition into a woman. In a new episode, Kendall Jenner speaks up about why she delayed meeting Caitlyn Jenner for the first time.

“When you officially meet her, it’s like he’s gone,” says Kendall during a conversation with her older sister Khloe Kardashian. In the new video shared by E Online, the sisters discussed how neither one of them has gone to meet Caitlyn Jenner, the female persona that Bruce has decided to adopt after fully transitioning.

“I’m alright, I feel like it’s a process, like something to get used to for sure,” said Kendall. Khloe agreed with her sister. Kendall explained that once she meets Caitlyn, she feels like it would mean that Bruce is gone. She said that she still isn’t ready to let go of her father. “That’s what I’m holding onto, that’s why I’ve taken so long to meet her,” she shared.

Khloe also talked about all the raw emotions that were seen in “About Bruce.” Among all the kids, Khloe had the most violent reaction. She accused Bruce of lying to her and the rest of the family.

The family have since been seen moving forward and have been rebuilding their relationships. All of the kids and step children, except Rob Kardashian, were with Caitlyn at the 2015 ESPYs, when she received the Arthur Ashe Courage Award. Caitlyn has also since been seen with her ex-wife. Kris Jenner, who has been very emotional and devastated about the transition.
