'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' Season 10 Begins Filming
Season 10 of hit reality TV series "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" has started filming. The members of the Kardashian Jenner clan are back in front of the camera all day as scenes for their show are now being filmed. This is good news considering the sisters declared that they won't commence filming unless the string of robberies that has plagued the family has been resolved.
The good news was announced through an Instagram post shared by Kourtney showing her and her sisters Kim and Khloe. The photo was captioned simply: "Sisters back to filming! Season 10! Day 2... ❤❤❤"
Season 9 ended with a wedding special featuring Kim Kardashian's wedding to Kanye West, which showed the family members and their closest friends head off to Paris for pre-wedding festivities. The wedding party then headed off to Florence for the lavish ceremony.
North West also made her debut appearance during the wedding special. Much of Kim's pregnancy was documented in the series, but North was not part of the show up until her parents' wedding. It remains to be seen if North and Kanye will be more visible in the upcoming season.
Khloe, meanwhile, had just publicly introduced French Montana to the viewing public last season, but the two have broken up during the summer. While he's not expected to be seen in the upcoming season of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," he will be seen prominently in "Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons," which was filmed over the summer. The spin-off starts airing on Nov. 2.
The birth of Kourtney's third child with Scott Disick is expected in December, and this would be Kourtney's third baby to be born surrounded by cameras. Her first two children, Mason, 4, and Penelope, 2, have become mainstays in the show and have grown up in front of the cameras even more so than their aunts Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
Speaking of the Jenners, Kendall's modelling career has taken off over the summer and her professional exploits and behind the scenes action will surely be covered. Kylie, meanwhile, is slowly easing her way into adulthood and away from under her older sisters' shadows.
This will also be the first season where Kris and Bruce Jenner will be officially divorced. The family dynamics will surely have changed and many of the adjustments and all the drama involved are expected be documented. The separation and the family's struggles with trying to stay close despite the new living arrangements have been seen throughout season 9 and will be a continuing theme in the upcoming season.
It remains to be seen if the older Jenner children, Brody and Brandon, as well as Brandon's wife, Leah, will still be show regulars. Rob Kardashian was elusive and was hardly seen in the past season, and his depression and weight issues were also recurring themes. Now that he's trying to get back on track with his fitness, and his relationship with family members has improved, viewers might see more of him again on the show.
