Season 10 of the highly successful reality show “Keeping up with the Kardashians” has just concluded. With the high intensity coming off the drama involving Caitlyn Jenner as well as Kourtney Kardashian’s breakup with Scott Disick, the sneak peek for Season 11 promises a whole new set of family issues. [Warning: Spoiler Alert]

In the Season 11 trailer shared by E! Online, pregnant Kim Kardashian sits down with her family to tell them the bad news. After dealing with a lot of health issues during her first pregnancy, it appears that she isn’t getting off so easy the second time around either. She explains that doctors have found signs that she has developed gestational diabetes. The condition occurs in some women who develop diabetes only while they are pregnant. This could lead to several other health complications.

Meanwhile, Kourtney Kardashian is bouncing back from all the stress that she had to go through in Season 10. After breaking up with Scott Disick, she spends a lot of time with her family and friends. She also focuses on getting in shape and she looks hotter than ever. The video shows Kourtney and her family sitting down with Scott. He gets emotional as he speaks about losing the only family that he has left.

Speaking of getting in shape, Khloe Kardashian is also showing off the results of all her hard work. After investing countless hours at the gym, her new body is getting a lot of attention. Kim is seen in the video, pushing Khloe to appear on the cover of Complex. The sexy spread appeared earlier this year, and Kim was obviously successful in convincing Khloe to show off her assets.

After all the drama between Caitlyn Jenner and the rest of the family in Season 10, the upcoming season promises to show the family rebuilding their relationship. Kim, Kris and Khloe all had major confrontations with Caitlyn in the previous season due to some events that took place during her transition. In the trailer, the whole family is seen gathering together for dinner and everyone appears to be in good spirits.

While things are looking up for Caitlyn and the rest of the family, Kylie Jenner seems to be creating a wedge between herself and the others. When the Kardashian-Jenner girls go on vacation in St. Barts, she invites her boyfriend, Tyga. In the video, the other girls don’t look too happy about it and Kendall tells Kylie that she was hoping that they could have some sibling bonding during the vacation.
