Kendall Jenner Shares Her Diet And Beauty Secrets During Fashion Week
Kendall Jenner may have been treating herself to some ice cream in the past few weeks even while in the middle of Fashion Week season, but the model of the moment does have a health regimen to stay in shape and in good health. Kendall turns to detox to keep her body fit, healthy and looking good during the gruelig string of shows that she's been doing in some of the most high profile runways around the world.
Kendall revealed to E! News that she downs up to 12 cups of detox tea in a day. Her tea of choice is a blend of lemongrass and green tea that she compliments with a diet filled with lots of fruits and vegetables. She also takes in lean proteins to keep her energy up during the exhausting rounds of fashion shows that she needs to walk in back-to-back fashion weeks.
Kendall has now featured in New York, Milan as well as Paris for Fashion Week season and after having walked for Balmain in Paris, she's expected to appear in a few more shows before the week ends. Her mom Kris Jenner is also in Paris to support her young daughter and she was also joined in the front row of the Balmain show by Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
Kendall also shared that when it comes to keeping her endurance up, she likes running. Her older Kardashian sisters are also very much into fitness and as of late, Khloe Kardashian was actively posting videos and photos from her workout sessions.
As for other beauty secrets. The reality star turned model shared that she's old school and sticks to the old beauty tip of getting a lot of sleep. She shared that she needs at least seven hours of sleep in order to function properly.
All this comes after Kendall was shamed by an Australian magazine for allegedly having cellulite on her thighs. The magazine claimed that she's been told that she's too fat for runway. Her sisters have since shown her support along with a string of other celebrities like Ireland Baldwin and supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio.
