Kendall Jenner Turns 19 And Can Look Back At An Impressive List Of Achievements
Kendall Jenner, the stunning reality star or fashion's next "it" girl as she is known in high circles, became 19 years on Nov. 3. But though she is still young, her achievements have been big. She feels that she has a lot to celebrate, as she walked for some of the "biggest designers" in Paris and New York's fashion weeks and also "graced magazine covers." Her feature is spread out in elite publications such as Teen Vogue.
Having moved out of the Kardashian compound in Calabasas and buying her own house at just 18 years old has made her spend $1.4 million for a two-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo. She has spent her money lavishly but wisely for her age.
Kendall's family and friends wished her through the social media. Some of their HBD messages are included in Cambio. But recently, she walked the Spring 2015 runways for a collection of famous names, such as Chanel, Givenchy and Balmain, Dolce & Gabbana, Bottega Veneta, Pucci, Ports1961, Fendi, Marc Jacobs, Donna Karan, Tommy Hilfiger and Diane von Furstenberg. Isn't that an impressive list? Some of her success may be due to her famous sister, Kylie and brother-in-law Kanye West, but that still would not account for her jobs, according to Hollywood Life.
Recalling her 18th year as a "big one," MTV calls her achievements special in the last few years. What were some of her special achievements? Let's examine a few---which would probably leave out many more! Firstly, in February 2014, her debut high fashion runway model at Marc Jacobs' Fall 2014 show helped her achieve her unique catwalk. Moreover, the Jenner sisters launched their whole new collection. One year after announcing a clothes collaboration with PacSun, they launched accessories with their shoe collaboration involving Steve Madden for Madden Girl.
She was also "officially" a fashion industry fixture, as she got to get invited to the Met Gala, or basically fashion prom. She hosted the 2014 MuchMusic Video Awards with Kylie. They played host for the awards show, which is more a general achievement, but still not a mean one. Next, she didn't just get her first major runway this year, but also walked in her first haute couture show in Chanel.
She got two covers for 'Teen Vogue' for their fall fashion guide. She modelled for clothes designed in a number of styles. She had her first appearance in American Vogue for the September issue, while her cover of 'Sunday Times' with Olivier Rousteing helped to focus attention on her. Her walk with Marc Jacobs, this time, with a "no-makeup Ramones look" was useful.
