The Young Model Follows a Clean Diet and an Active Lifestyle
Kendall Jenner was criticised for being fat -- an Australian tabloid, FAMOUS, had an article published on the rising model about her weight. Its headline states, "Model bosses blast Kendall "You're too FAT for runway" - Devastated Kendall ordered to lose 8kg." Several news reports, including Daily Mail, even stated that the young model was subjected to ill treatment by other models at the New York Fashion Week.
The other models reportedly threw their cigarettes into her drink. A source told In Touch Weekly that the other models were so desperate to get a spot on the runway that they began "acting b****y." They believed that Kendall did not deserve a place there and they did, because of their hard work.
However, Kendall was backed by her friend Ireland Baldwin who is also a model. She tweeted.

Baldwin accused the publication of photoshopping Jenner's legs, which are otherwise extremely beautiful. As stated by Baldwin, Kendall is slim and beautiful with no cellulite. Her pictures in the Tommy Hilfiger show are beautiful with no signs of cellulite. She has also walked in Marc Jacobs, Donna Karan, Diane von Furstenburg and Dolche & Gabanna's shows.
Kendall revealed that during the Fashion Week season, she follows a healthy diet and consumes only "clean food." She told E! News that she drinks a lot of detox tea on a daily basis, and she also added that she had 12 cups of the tea per day. She also stated that she eats a lot of vegetables and fruits. She calls this a "clean diet."
The 18-year-old stated that she would snack on healthy foods to boost her energy. She said that her diet also includes lean proteins. At times, however, she gives in to sugary treats, she told E! News.
She has also been in the news for her fitness regime. She has nicely toned abs and credits a lot of cardio for it. In an interview with Celebuzz, young Jenner revealed that a workout at the gym is not the key to being healthy and fit. In fact, she stated that she always keeps herself busy and active at any time of the day, be it through work outs or just having an active day with her friends.
She further told the site that losing weight is not about changing your diet, it is about changing your lifestyle. She also stated that healthy eating habits will help keep fat away. As a message to several women with body image issues, she said that it is one's perspective about one's self that matter.
"Don't let other people bring you down and ignore the haters," she said. Also adding that weight loss must be something done for self satisfaction and for this friends and family support helps. With regard to the many girls who put inspiring photos and quotes up on their bedroom or bathroom mirrors, she said that it helps boost the energy and would help motivate them to "work out or eat healthy."
In the interview with E! News, she also added that all things apart, it was her eight hours of sleep that helps her look beautiful.
