Kendall Jones is Texas Cheerleader who loves killing animals. She has been posting pics of herself with the big African animals she has killed. The animal lovers are outraged by the pics Jones has posted on her social media account and at least two petitions have been signed for banning Jones from posting such pics on the Internet.

Jones has went ahead and posted pictures with the hunted animals including a lion, leopard, zebra and elephant. These pictures indeed promote animal cruelty and now the Internet is fighting to stop such pictures being circulated. The online petition is currently over 12,000 signatures.

"For the sake of all animals, especially the animals in the African region... where hunters are going for fun just to kill an animal," reported Hollywoodlife.

However, contrary to the petition, Jones claims that she is doing this to preserve animals.

"Controlling the male lion population is important within large fenced areas like these. Funds from a hunt like this goes [sic] partially to the government for permits but also to the farm owner as an incentive to keep and raise lions on their property," Jones said in her defense on her Facebook account.

The photos clicked and posted by Jones have gone viral and the photo which has created the most stir is her picture with a white rhino. The population of this animal has already reached 20,000. Jones suggested that the white rhino is not dead but is tranquilized so that it can be treated.

"The vet drew blood, took DNA samples, took body and head measurements, treated a leg injury and administered antibiotics. I felt very lucky to be part of such a great program and procedure that helps the White Rhino population through conservation," said Jones, as per the Web site.

Moreover, there is another petition which suggests that Jones should be banned from hunting as she does it under the façade of conservation.
