Kendall And Kylie Jenner Launch Winter Collection For PacSun
The members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan are continuing their invasion of the fashion world. The Kardashian sisters Kourtney, Kim and Khloe have just recently launched the Kardashian winter Kollection for Lipsy in the UK, and this week, it was their younger sisters Kendall and Kylie's turn to launch their latest clothing line designs. Kendall and Kylie Jenner's long-standing collaboration with fashion brand PacSun just launched an edgy winter collection.
The holiday collection features 30 pieces that are composed mostly of jackets, sweaters, trousers and graphic tees. The collection comes mostly in dark winter colours with light accents that combine the two sisters' styles. Kylie is the edgy rock chic while Kendall opts for a more delicate boho style.
According to the PacSun official Web site, the collection is meant to be a representation of the two sisters' contrasting styles. The graphic tees, dark colours and edgy cuts are looks that are frequently seen on Kylie. However, the edge is balanced out by lace and some white pieces with soft silhouettes, which are more representative of Kendall's style.
For the first time, Kendall and Kylie's picks are offered separately on the site, with each girl showing off her own favourites. Unlike previous collections where they presented the pieces collectively, they have made a definite distinction this time around just like the distinction they are making between themselves in real life.
Having previously been tagged always as the tandem of Kendall and Kylie, the sisters have recently been dipping their toes into solo projects. Kendall has launched a very successful high fashion modelling career which saw her walk runways in New York, Milan and Paris last season. Kylie, for her part, has recently launched her own line of clip-on hair extensions called Kylie Hair Kouture. She is also reportedly planning on starting a music career.
Kendall and Kylie have also edged away from the shadows of their older sisters whom they are seen with on the family's reality show, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." The Jenner girls' previous collaborations include a collection with Steve Madden. They also released a book together titled "Rebels: City of Indra."
