Although reports say that she earned money from it, Kendra Wilkinson still isn't comfortable with the thought that a sex tape that she made when she was only 18 is now available for sale.

"It's extremely embarrassing," the reality show star told E! News, her first interview since Kendra Exposed was released by Vivid Entertainment on May 28.

"I am a very open person. I am very honest about my life. But a sex tape was definitely not what I wanted in my life."

The footage was allegedly sold to Vivid by Wilkinson's ex-boyfriend Justin Frye who also appears on the tape.

"It just had to come out now," she said while choking up. "It had to come out when I finally cleaned up my life. It wasn't for anybody else's eyes to see except for ours."

Wilkinson reportedly formed a company to shop the tape and several others in 2008. However, the plan didn't push through, giving Frye an opportunity to land his own deal.

Still, reports say that Wilkinson reached a financial agreement with Vivid that would give her up to 50% of the sales generated by the release of Kendra Exposed.

Wilkinson is one of Hugh Hefner's former girlfriends who used to live at the Playboy Mansion. She is also the star of the reality television show "Kendra".

Her interview with E! News anchor Ryan Seacrest will air Tuesday at 7PM ET/PT on E!.
