Khloe Kardashian is reportedly keeping her intention to either divorce or patch things up with estranged husband Lamar Odom a secret. Recently, a report claimed that Khloe and Lamar's divorce case is headed for dismissal due to the latter's failure to file a response to the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star's petition for separation that she has filed in December 2013. So much for assigning responsibility, Khloe will take the matters in her own hands. Instead of waiting on Lamar who should have dealt with the divorce proceedings a long time ago, Khloe is expected to make a final decision in the coming days, but she isn't revealing it just yet.

A source told Hollywood Life that Khloe is not going to prolong her divorce with Lamar any longer. The source said that Khloe only has two options and those are to either be with Lamar or divorce the former National Basketball Association, or NBA, player for good. It will be the one controversial take that Khloe has to make for their marriage.

According to the source, Khloe wants to have a fresh start in 2015. The big question is whether or not Lamar will be part of it.

"I wouldn't be surprised if she pulled the trigger (on divorce case) on New Year's Eve one way or another," the source revealed. "But whatever she's deciding, she's being secretive and not telling a single soul."

It is the New Year, and fans will see how it goes for Khloe and Lamar's love story. To welcome the year 2015, Khloe opted to spend a cosy evening with her brother Rob Kardashian instead of attending a glamourous New Year celebration.

"I brought in the New Year with my best friend in the entire world @robkardashian," Khloe captioned a throwback picture of her with Rob on Instagram. "We just finished watching 'Gone Girl' at home, the perfect way to start off the year with my perfect boy."

In a report by TMZ Sports, it has been said that Khloe still wants to pursue her divorce. Unfortunately, she can't seem to get in touch with Lamar. The former NBA player isn't answering Khloe or her lawyer's phone calls. If Khloe still can't get hold of Lamar, it is expected that she will file a default judgment on the case soon.
