Khloe Kardashian with a fresh and positive outlook is all set to welcome the new year. For Khloe Kardashian, year 2014 corresponds to a respite from the pain and agony that 2013 brought to her married life. In 2013 "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star has broken her four-year marriage to Lamar Odom after months of the basketball player's alleged drug use and cheating with many women.

29-year old reality TV star appeared on the February 2014 cover of British Cosmopolitan which goes on sale on January 2,2014.

Right now the issue is available online on Apple Newsstands which features Khloe talking about an array of issues from her divorce to welcoming a new family member in the Kardashian clan, her niece North West. In 2013, Khloe filed for divorce from NBA player husband and she's all geared up to put the painful year behind and welcome 2014 with full enthusiasm and hope.

"I love the new year, new beginnings. I need a good fresh start; I'm excited for this year to be over with. You only live once so let's make that one time perfect. We can't fix our mistakes and imperfections, so let's have fun. You get what you give out in life," said Khloe in her cover story.

Kardashian further reveals that she has no feeling of compunction about her vain relationship.

"I don't regret anything about my life. My life has made me who I am at this moment, and I'm very happy with who I am. No matter if it's great, disgusting, beautiful or ugly; it happens and it makes you you. Life is about how you process things."

Not all things went south in the year 2013, for Khloe her 30-pound weight loss was considered a great win.

"I'm feeling good. I've worked very hard on my body so I think now I can sex it up a little!" said Khloe.

Regardless of her focus on her figure, she accepts herself the way she is. "I was shocked; I hadn't even thought about it. I've grown into my face, but I've had makeup artists tell me, 'You should get a nose job.' I'm so happy that I never have. I'm proud for losing weight when I wanted to and I've never resorted to surgery. I'm not against it - one day I probably will but it would be on my terms."

Khloe's also revealed that the happiest moment of the 2013 is that her sister, Kim Kardashian gave birth to daughter North West with Kanye West.

"Kanye is such an awesome dad, and he's so opinionated and passionate. North is only five-and-a-half months old but you can see she has opinions and a strong personality already. I'm kind of nervous to see what she's like when she's older but I think she'll be incredibly confident because Kim and Kanye are."
