Khloe Kardashian has kept mum about the real score of her relationship with former Lakers player Lamar Odom. Even though it is, pretty much, wide known in the public that the couple are having some rocky stages in their marriage, neither Khloe nor Lamar really talked about it.

However, on the latest episode of reality TV show "Keeping up with the Kardashians," Khloe opened up her feelings about Lamar to her family during a camping trip.

"It is just not black and white, Lamar has really been going through some tough times lately," said Khloe. "There are a lot of emotional issues," she added. "As much as I am trying to enjoy going camping with my family, I worry about Lamar and I have to cater to his needs," added Khloe.

Khloe, apparently, does not really enjoy going on a camping trip. "I need all the distractions I can get right now, so even if I do not like camping, this is kind of a therapy for me," said the reality TV star.

"It is really frightening when nothing is working out," said Khloe. "You know if you give up, no one in Lamar's life will be able to help him," she said. "

The said episode was filmed around summer.

Everyone knows that the couple is no longer sharing the same house. Lamar has indeed been through a lot. Khloe has given her ultimatum to him. He should get his act cleaned up if he wants to get back with her. Recently, Khloe and Lamar have been spotted several times together. They were seen together for the first time right after Khloe's mom announced separation from Bruce Jenner. Lamar was also seen with Khloe at Kanye West's concert.

However, the status of their relationship is really crystal clear. TMZ has reported on Monday that Khloe has finally decided to divorce Lamar.

We are guessing that we will continue to hear more of Khloe and Lamar love story unless they reveal to the public the real situation between the two of them.
