Khloe Kardashian took some time away from Lamar Odom’s bedside to do some self-pampering. The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star decided to do a hair makeover and join sister Kim’s baby shower.

Celebrity hairdresser Jen Atkins, who according to News.com.au has styled other A-list stars including Sofia Vergara, Jessica Alba and Katy Perry, did wonders on Khloe’s long tresses. She revealed the 31-year-old’s new hairstyle on her Instagram page. Atkins shared a photo of Khloe rocking a short blonde hair.

She captioned the shot, “Guess who just joined the #ShortHairDontCare club! Do we like? #LOBS4LIFE makeup @joycebonelli thx @traceycunningham1 @oncolourground for ur help!!”

Atkins’ post has since received over 42,000 likes and over 4,000 comments since she shared Khloe’s photo on Monday. Fans instantly expressed their approval of Khloe’s short hairstyle.

One fan, named cmaygrantham, said it was a “great move” for Khloe to cut her hair because her short 'do makes her look “fabulous, classy, sexy, gorgeous and smoking hot.” Another Instagram user, named trishaa_townsend, simply wrote, “she looks good.”

Khloe debuted her new hairstyle when she joined sisters Kourtney, Kylie and Kendall at Kim’s pyjama-themed baby shower. The 31-year-old is seen in the photo posted by Kendall on her Instagram where she captioned the shot, “Sister Sunday.”

This is reportedly the first time Khloe has stepped back into the spotlight following Odom’s accident. She had not left the former NBA player’s bedside since he was rushed to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Centre in Las Vegas on Oct. 13. Odom was in a coma for several days following a tragic reported overdose on drugs and alcohol during his stay at a Nevada love ranch.

Khloe’s public appearance also came after she and Odom had called off their divorce. The couple reportedly requested for a divorce dismissal on Oct. 20. Khloe’s attorney, Laura Wasser, presented their request to the judge the following day and it was approved. Khloe’s mother, Kris Jenner, confirmed the news herself on Oct. 21, where she mentioned how the family has “nothing but love” for the couple.
