Khloe Kardashian Slammed On Social Media For Her Insensitive Remark On Ku Klux Klan
Khloe Kardashian has put her foot in her mouth. The famous Kardashian sister has landed herself in trouble after she posted a racist joke on her Instagram account. The 30-year-old joked about the famous American movements Ku Klux Klan or KKK in a picture on Tuesday and was critisised heavily on the social media.
The "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" star uploaded her image on Instagram with her two sisters Kim and Kourtney that shows all of them wearing matching white outfits and smiling. The trio's picture has a text written on it that reads the following, "The only KKK to ever let black men in." Khole further captioned the picture by writing "True."
Khloe's controversial meme was liked by more than 400 thousand fans and was heavily commented upon too in both positive and negative manner. However, the reality television star had to take down the picture after she received numerous negative comments. Her deleted post can be seen here.
Kardashian's Instagram meme comes after a Ku Klux Klan (KKK) white leader John Abarr from Montana announced that he wants to recruit people into the organisation from diverse backgrounds. Abarr, however, revealed that he is not having "much luck" in recruitments. He has also renamed the group KKK as Rocky Mountain Knights, nydailynews.com is reporting.
The Kardashian sister's joke about black people triggered a backlash against her on the Internet. Many people on Twitter said that they were amazed how she can joke about black people especially when she is related to many of them. Khole's ex-boyfriend Lamar Odom is black while her sister Kim Kardashian too is married to Kanye West who is also black. Check out below the angry Tweets directed at Khloe:
khloe's brother in law is black, her ex is black, her niece is partially black, her current bf is middle eastern yet she jokes about kkk?

Let me rephrase that. Khloe K knows the history of black people and the KKK. She's not dumb. She's privileged. And doesn't care. — Fleek-Ness Monsta (@JustAlandria) November 12, 2014
This is not the first time that the loud-mouthed Kardashian has ended up in a controversy. Back in April, Khloe appeared on the talk show "Chelsea Lately" and stunned everyone when she joked about how she is not sexually involved with her brother Rob Kardashian as he isn't "too black" for her.
"Rob's been on my mind a lot lately because we're currently living together. And no, we're not sexually involved - my brother's not nearly black enough for me," Khloe said to Chelsea, according to usamagazine.com. Read more about it here.
