While the Kardashian family seems to be an open book for the whole world to see, Khloe apparently was harbouring some secrets on her own - specifically her marriage troubles and hubby Lamar Odom's drug problem.

"Khloe did keep her marriage issues with Lamar a secret from her family for quite some time - no one knew," according to an unnamed source from an Us Weekly report.

It can be recalled that on Wednesday, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star allegedly threw out her husband from their home because the NBA star refused the family's attempted intervention.

Khloe is apparently desperate to save her husband from his serious drug problem, even rushing to a secret rendezvous place to be by her husband.

"Lamar has always been Khloe's number one priority. His health and his well being are the biggest priorities to her," adds the Us Weekly source.

While TMZ has reported that Lamar was recently seen near the home he shares with the E! reality star, the duo is yet to be seen together again. Odom was seen looking 'gaunt and thin,' while apparently still wearing his ring.

No report of divorce has been confirmed.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have been married for almost four years - a union that became official after a courtship of only four weeks.

Odom is also having a troubling career amidst his drug and marriage problems, as reports say that the Los Angeles Clippers has signed on former Lakers player Antawn Jamison. With Jamison's deal, the Clippers has a full roster of players, presumably leaving Lamar as a free agent for the moment.
